We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our creative team full-time in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll be essential to elevating our CRM and website content, ensuring it’s on-brand, high-quality, and impactful.

Role summary
As a Digital Designer at STRONGER, you’ll create impactful, customer-facing content including newsletters, automated flows, e-commerce assets, and ads. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, marketing, and engagement by designing inspiring content that resonates with our audience. A strong communicator and team player, you bring a proactive, curious, and collaborative approach to the role.

Key responsibilities

 - Design newsletters, automated email flows, and other CRM/Loyalty content.

 - Create engaging, conversion-driven landing pages, campaign pages, and web content.

 - Develop concepts for CRM initiatives alongside our Head of CX & CRM.

 - Ensure brand tonality and audience relevance across all channels.

 - Light copywriting.

 - Format content for multiple channels, optimizing effectiveness.

 - Plan content coordination internally and with external partners.

 - Design and edit static and GIF ads.

 - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain relevance.

Qualifications

 - Degree in Graphic Design (required).

 - 2+ years’ experience in content design, ideally within CRM and e-commerce for fashion or lifestyle brands.

 - Skilled in newsletter design and customer journey development.

 - Experience with Voyado (preferred).

 - Proficiency in Figma & Photoshop.

 - Understanding of both brand-building and sales-driven content.

 - E-commerce experience.

 - Interest in fashion/lifestyle brands.

 - Fluent in English and Swedish.

Key relationships
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative in-house team, Head of CX & CRM, and report to the Head of Content Creation.

Location & start date
This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm office, with the possibility to work remote two days per week. Start date: as soon as possible, no later than mid-January.
