About the Role: As a Business Controller at Stronger, you will play a vital role in driving our financial success and growth. You’ll work closely with the management team and other departments to analyze performance, strategize, and ensure we reach our goals. Your ability to connect numbers with business insights will be essential in providing actionable recommendations that strengthen our operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

 - Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage and monitor the company's budgets and forecasts, providing detailed analysis.

 - Financial Analysis and Reporting: Deliver regular financial reports and analyses to support decision-making for management and stakeholders.

 - Performance Tracking: Analyze and follow up on profitability across products, channels, and markets, identifying areas for improvement.

 - Cost Control and Efficiency: Review and optimize costs to support long-term profitability and growth.

 - Business Support: Act as a business partner for various departments, focusing on optimizing processes and supporting data-driven decision-making.

 - Projects and Initiatives: Participate in business development projects, such as implementing new systems and processes.

 - Risk Assessment: Identify and manage potential risks that may impact financial performance

 - Profitability Analyses: Conduct analyses to understand market trends and customer behavior, proposing adjustments that positively impact sales and profitability.

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Controller. You are analytical, structured, and have a strong understanding of how business dynamics connect to financial metrics. You thrive with a high level of autonomy but also value teamwork and collaboration across the organization.

To be successful at Stronger, we believe you should also:

 - Have advanced Excel skills and experience with specific reporting tools. 

 - Experience with Business Central and Qlik is advantageous, though not required.

 - Be a strong communicator, able to present complex analyses clearly to various audiences.

 - Be solution-oriented and open-minded, willing to think outside the box to drive the business forward.

 - Have previous experience within e-commerce, retail, or a fast-paced environment – a significant advantage!
