We’re looking for an Creator Specialist to join STRONGER’s Brand & Growth team during a colleague’s leave of absence. In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening our presence across social media and digital channels. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our ambassadors, scouting new creators with strong potential for paid and organic collaborations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with current ambassadors and content creators
• Identify and onboard new creators and UGC profiles with a strong brand fit
• Work data-driven with analysis and reporting of campaign performance
• Collaborate with PR and Performance Marketing teams to align efforts across earned, owned, and paid channels
• Create influencer briefs for our campaign launches
• Explore and implement scalable influencer and affiliate strategies
• Product seeding to influencers to lay the groundwork for successful collaborations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and how creators contribute to scalable growth
• A sharp eye for content trends, visual storytelling, and brand building
• Strong analytical skills – you're confident working with data and drawing insights
• A genuine interest in fashion, social media, and digital culture
