About the role:
Stronger is growing fast and we’re looking for a Head of CRM that has the drive and experience to move our CRM to new levels. You’re analytical and structured, have a can-do attitude, curious and always looking for ways to improve results. This role is located at our Stockholm HQ and will report into the Head of Online Sales and Marketing.
Main work tasks/responsibilities:
- set the strategy, development and direction of our CRM
- create and roll out strategies that maximize our CLTV
- identify and improve customer journeys in order to maximize retention
- launch initiatives that grow our customer loyalty
- manage and optimize CRM automation flows
- be able to clearly communicate and delegate tasks
- ongoing performance analysis
- continuously AB test creatives and content
- ensure we optimize our cross channel CRM communication
- identify bottlenecks and follow up with our developers
- 3+ years of working in CRM
- extensive experience in working with marketing automation
- ability to think at a strategic level
- ability to make data driven decisions
- good understanding of our brand and aesthetic guidelines
- strong communication skills
- analytical mindset with a hands-on approach
