About the role
As the team leader of STRONGER’s Customer Service, you will be responsible for one of the most important communications we have - the one with our customers! With your help, you’ll have a dream team of 5 full-time agents and just as many extras. Besides managing your team, you will work side by side with your agents and taking on customer errands of your own to make sure we provide exceptional service in all our support channels. We are currently communicating with our customers in different languages through Zendesk, Facebook, WhatsApp, and chat.

You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Service who is responsible for the overall results and development of the Customer Service team.
- You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. Preferably multilingual.
- You are digital savvy and have experience in working with different systems
- You have experience in working with E-commerce
- You love helping customers and have similar experiences
- You are a team player with great leadership skills
